1. Describe your experience. (Did you find it beneficial? Difficult?) Why or Why not? Would you recommend this to others? Why or Why not? I totally agree with what they said we are not just pieces we are a whole. I have thought for years can do great things for medicine and for all of man kind.
2. What is the concept of “Mental Workout? What does the research indicate are the proven benefits of a Mental Work Out? How can you implement mental workouts to foster your psychological health? An active workout is the best way to develop and maintain an active or alert mind is to: keep using it in as many ways as possible, and expose it to as many different things as possible. You can maintain a healthy mind by doing things like crosswords, Sudoku, chess, backgammon, memory game, Tetris, millionaire quiz, and lots more. You can also add or subtract small numbers see how fast you get your answer.

Unit3 blog
Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why? They are all at like three I just got out od an abusive relationship and have the broken finger to show it. enough said.
2. Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological). TOmorrow I am starting yoga so I think thay might cover two and the other I have stared seeeing psychologist well starting this week two of the cuz im taking it pretty hard.
3. What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal? Maybe a group. Talking to some one about it.
4. Complete the relaxation exercise The Crime of the Century. To hear this exercise, click here. Describe your experience. (What it beneficial? Frustrating? etc.) It was benificial but this blog stuff is very frustrating.
